TVS50 Administrator is locked

I just inherieted the task of maintaining the phone system here at work. I fired up a telenet session and tried to log into the TVS50. I went through all of the standard passwords we have here and they were all incorrect. I got locked out with the error message.

"THERE WERE 15 TIMES UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO ENTER THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD THE ADMINISTRATOR IS LOCKED!"

I called the guy who was maintaining the system and he gave me the correct password. Now I can't unlock the system to allow me to put the password in. Is there a way to unlock it or do I have to reset the whole system?
