Panasonic Handset issue

We have a 1232 ksu and 7431 handsets, we have had a users start screwing with the features and know the CO line buttons on his phone no longer go to an Outside line, but just say "Not Valid". This symptom is jus ton his extension. Any help in reverting it back to the correct Outside Line would be greatly appreciated.
