I'm trying to think if this is a good thing or a bad one :-)
Viking Electronics makes a digital announcer that might be more suited to what you want, but if your future plans call for a Panasonic system, then the Pana VM would work. You simply establish custom service menus that link to other CS menus. Obviously, the part about transfer to a human is not possible, because there is no action to a flash, unless your central office can generate a re-ring on flash hangup. Then you would probably set the VM to answer on the 4th ring initially, let it flash and if it rings again, you need to answer it before the 4th re-ring.
