The Loud Ringer w/Strobe is the 'Wheelock'. Item# LOUD-UTA-STR
The dip switches are inside the Loud Ringer box (housing) on the circuit board.
I have it connected to extension 106 and it doesn't light up or ring when you call the main line. The phone switch is not configured with a VPS so all phones currently ring when you call the main line.
The dip switches are currently set to SW1 Position 1 and SW2 is 1,0,1,0 (assuming that ON or UP is position 1).
Also, the power is connected to the 'AC Power Input Terminals (TB3) for 115VAC Connections' and on the circuit board there's an N next to the left terminal and the electrician connected the neutral to that post and the hot to the post on the right.
