VB-42050 not going to voicemail

Hello,

We have had a VB-42050 switch for years and the phones are VB-44223 and they have always had the calls going to voicemail if no answer and just this week they stopped having the voicemail be activated on calls that have been transferred from the main operator. When the night attendant is on and the extension is chosen on an incoming call the voicemail picks up fine it is just when the calls have been transfered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
