KX-TD308-3 and Magic Jack

Hi,
There is new VOIP gizmo caled magic jack. I have it plugged into co3 on a KX-TD308-3. All works fine except extension 11 which is a pannasonice deskpone. That phone can't dial out as it dones't seem to respond to the number 1. If you press 1 the dialtone never goes away. All of the other phones are kx-td7896's and no-name analog phones which all work fine. Any clues? I switched the pair comming out of magic jack but no joy.
