When line 1 is called it rings a couple of times on a couple of stations and then the call is re-directed to a number outside the system. I have checked system programming and 'call forward to outside line' is not allowed for any station. I have also gone to each station and did a 'cancal call forwarding to outside line' (fwd/dnd+0+#). This does not prevent the call from being forwarded to a number outside of the system. Any possible fix for this??????? I need to get this problem resolved. Thanks in advance for your help.
