i have a tvs 50 on a TAW848 and in night mode i cannot get my custom menu to play. the system prompt will answer but it will not respond to digits other than o for operator. Also i am trying to figure out how to have calls that ring in to the reception phone be forwarded to an external number. i can get intercom calls to go out but not co calls. any ideas? also is there anyone reliable that offers live tech support that i can pay for to guide me step by step through the process. thanks
