In the voicemail, setup the PBX parameter to transfer/ disconnect, right now it is setup to flash/transfer. When the system flashes it puts the caller on hold. Transfer/disconnect just sends the call to the extension without putting it on hold. Also if you want the caller to hear ring on transfer set the PBX to "ring on transfer" not music.
