What cable needed?

We just received a new hard drive for our TVS200 Voice Mail System. When I plug it in, I can program the Voice Mail system via the phone consle. I want to program it via a computer terminal.

I am trying to connect using a standard RS232 Null Modem Cable.

do I need a special cable to program it via an external computer?

When I do? what program can I use to connect?

I am trying powerterm and also the voicemail master program. Any suggestions?

What settings do I need to do?
