KXTD1232 - lithium battery

How difficult is it to replace the lithium battery 3V in a kxtd1232?

I have the new battery from panasonic, but our telephone guy is no longer around to do the repairs. Can anyone give me a quick run-down of the simplest way to get to the battery?
