I have a qick question..We are based in the United Kingdom and my friend has just cancelled his least cost routing off his Pan A series 824 system,and gone with a routing system from opal telecom. Where the new carrier code gets put in automatically at the British telecom exchange.Since then he is not getting itemised billing.Which he used to get before hand.Now I was only aware of getting itemised billing via an rs232 lead to a printer.Ive been told that every handset needs a 10 number code keying in.Is this true? And what can we do to rectify this problem ? Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
