Hi, I use a TVS125 Voice mail system. I have several custom service menus setup and working fine. My question is....After having anwered a call...Is it possible to transfer a caller back to a custom service menu prompt? I have a menu setup for employment opportunities, and even though all the information about the position open is in the outgoing announcement....we regularly have callers either by-pass the system or who don't listen to the full menu, and ring in on sales. I want to transfer these callers back to the custom service prompt. Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
