CallerID and Speed Dial

hi there,
I have a KX-TA624 Hybrid system with four KX-T7735 display phones and caller id card. The caller id displays fine on all telephones however the LOG only stores and lights on the reception phone. If i press the caller id button on the non-reception phones then both 'new' and 'old' calls show '0' Can anyone help with this?????
