Is there a way to change the order in which CO's pick-up? When an extension is set to idle the system picks up line 2 for outgoing calls by default. How do I change this to pick up line 1 for an outgoing call? I know you can set an extension manually to CO1. But, I’m trying to keep the extensions at idle, and just change the outgoing pick-up order from highest CO to Lowest CO instead.
