I am hoping someone here can help me. I currently handle our PBX issues, but I have run into a seemingly simple issue that I can't figure out.
We currently use the Panasonic KX-TVS120, with a Panasonic KX-T7000 system phone. Last week I was attempting to remotely forward calls to me cellphone, but was unsuccessful in getting that setup. After I couldn't get it to work, I went to the remote call forwarding voice-prompt, and 'Turned off All'.
Since that point my extension will not roll over to the mailbox. How do I reactive the No Answer/Busy Signal forwarding to the voice mailbox?
