Try a program like Panalog to track call detail and to be able to print the results. For a cheep way of doing it, try using MS Hyper Terminal set ay 8N1.
For multiple Call Forwarding options (including sending calls to an outside line), look under Call Forwarding in your User Manual. Its easy. if it dosen't work right after you program it, then you are not following the instructions correctly.
