tva50 couldn't start right away

TVA50 with taw848 setup seems OK: custom service has been set up and tested OK by dialing 165: thank you for calling .... press 1 for sales, press 2 for ..... The next menu works OK.
But the voicemail system(custom service) will not start right away when people call in. It will start in about 20-30 seconds. How can I change it to kick off immediately when people call in. Thanks!
