I've had three complaints in the last month about getting "cut off" while leaving a voicemail. A customer or employee in the field will call in from an external line, get routed to the person's voicemail either directly or after rings. After ~10 seconds, they say they are cut off with a repetitive beep-beep-beep. Listening to the voicemails do have the person talking and then BAM, cut off.
