Maybe I'm just dumb, but I can't get the caller ID to display for answered calls. I read that you have to enter 7381# from extensions to enable the caller ID to log in the personal area, but do I have to do anything first? I've punched in the code with the handset picked up and it gives me an error message from the phone company because it's an outside line. I've done it while on Intercom and I got an error beep. I've done it on the keypad with the phone still on the hook and I get a Day and Mode display message but there's nothing else that happens. I don't know what I need to do to get it to fix the problem.
