I have a KX-TD1232-6, that did not come with the caller ID card. I purchased and installed it in the lower port, as described on the "how to" page. However, caller ID information does not appear on the display of my KX-T7433 phones. In addition, incoming calls can't be picked up at the stations. When I attempt to answer the phone, I get the message "CO in USE." I have a separate phone hard-wired into the phone lines before the KX-TD1232-6 system, and if I pick the call up there, I can pick up the call after it has been put on hold.
