Here's another trick. Switch the order of the physical phone lines at the KSU jacks, then under Extension Programming, Flexible buttons (2.4 in the software) program the CO buttons so the highest CO line (actually your lowest, since you now have that plugged that into your highest jack on the KSU) is now at the bottom position. Now when you go off hook, the bottom button will light when using idle mode.
