kxtd 1232

I have two kxtd 1232 I am trying to find the verison number when I look by the serial number they both just say kxtd 1232 so i am assuming they are version one but when i look at the programming menu of each phone one system is slightly different. I am asking this becuase i want to put a interconnect kit on the system s to connec them together but i am making sure it will work. Please advise. Is thery anywhere else I can look for revsion or ? Any help wourl be greatly appreciated
