Just installed a KX-TVA50 into an existing KX-TA824 environment. I have the unit set up and have the users able to set up the mail boxes, etc. But when a call gets sent to their extension and not answered or busy, the call transfers back to the sending phone. Basically the system is not picking up to handle the voice mail. I have all the basic settings correct in the voice mail system, and in the TA824 (I think). Any help?
