Auto-answer in TD-816 after re-powering

Hi,
I have TD-816 and KX-T7426 phones.
I set the auto-answer on all the phones to the on state but after a power failure when the power comes back, the auto-answer state is lost on all the phones. Is there anyway I can permanently set auto-answer to on for all my phones?
