KX-TA624

Have a residential KX-TA624 system. For some reason, one of the lines doesn't ring when receiving an incoming phone call.
It does flash and can be picked up, but it doesn't ring on ANY of the phones. So it's not a case of one phones being on night mode. The other lines do ring (and flash) on all phones.
Any ideas what this might be? I have a feeling it's something very simple.
