Incoming call no ring @ extension

I have KX-TD1232 + KX-TVS200 Phone @ the extension is KX-T7235.
Problem: extension to extension call phone ring but outside call to extension "fine no one answered the call" no ring at the extension.
How can i fixed this?..this only happen to this extension. Thanks for all your help
