Assuming you can identify the station, call it and speak to someone in the engineering department. Chances are, you're not the first to complain, and they can probably recommend a specific filter...and maybe even give you a freebie. Radio stations are very sensitive to criticism, and try not to annoy people, because it can hurt at license renewal time.
If you get nowhere with the station, you can complain to the FCC, or try a filter from RatShack.
