Unanswered calls to VM via intercept

(volunteer work) I have a non-profit with two organizations using a dual KX-TD 1232 and a TVS 200. One biz has two phones that ring (day) out of a group of 7 phones. I setup intercept routing for this CO GRP to go to a phantom EXTEN 142 with associated voice mail. (401 and 409) Unanswered calls do reach the TVS but I hear the general greeting of the voice mail system which is used by the other biz. When I dial EXTEN 142 directly, it goes to the proper voice mail recording. I set EXTEN. 142 to send all calls to its voice mail box, also numbered 142. Thank you!
