If you activated on the voicemailbox (e-mail option)and entered the e-mail address of the e-mail box you want the voicemail messages to go to you should be set. Also under the system parameters (e-mail intergration)remember the system will not accept a name as the address for the SMTP Server, you must have the IP address.
This what I did and it works fine.
