TVA50 Questions

Hi,
We have the TVA50 linked to the 824 - I have ordered the 848 to take care of the 4 port voice mail issue.
Aside from that I have lines 1-5 going to service group 1 and line 6 going to service group two. The problem is sometimes we get the wrong voicemail even if VM 1&2 are open. We understand that that would happen if both VM's are tied up it would naturally go to the other two but why is it doing this with open lines. Can I program them into seperate groups on the PBX to prevent this? Please help...
