As funny as it sounds I figured out the problem. Why it's happening I don't know. With certain callers the system is detecting and input/dtmf of the * key. Now that in my custom service menu's is set to exit the system. So once the call comes in the system detects the * key and then disconnects the caller. I disabled this is all my menu options and we've been good since. I contacted Panasonic but have yet to hear a response.
