We have a customer with a KXTD 816 tied to a TVS-50. When the caller comes in it will ring 4 times then the voicemail will intercept. After the caller selects who they wish to speak to the customer wants the call to go directly to voicemail and not ring the phone. We set all calls go to mailbox. The only problem is the message light for that extension does not light. I’ve never run in to this situation so I tried it out with our tva-50 and the same thing.
