Which Expansion Card?

I have the TA824 setup for 3 lines and one extra 8 port card for a total of 16 ports. I would like to add another 8 port card without any lines. Do I have to get the TA82470? And should this come with those expansion bolts? The 2 cards that I have now are ports 1 through 8 and 17 through 24, do I need a card that is maked with 9 through 16?
