How to use TVA50 as Deluxe Answering Machine

I would like to configure TA824 phone systems with TVA50 VPS to have a single mailbox for all messages, along with a simple message that greets callers and requests that they leave a message. Further, I would like CO2 to be able to detect whether the call is a facsimile machine. If it is determined to be a facsimile, the VPS should direct the call to the fax extension. Otherwise, the VPS should pass the call to the TA824 (and ultimately the VPS for leaving a message if no one answers the phone). I currently can do this with TVS50 and TA624 installs. How can this be done with the TA824 and TVA50?
