Good luck with moving and setting up a new life. A warning though.... my shop teacher used to live in Florida, and he had to install a circulation fan in his closet because the humidity was so intense mold would start growing. He was a cop there for a couple of years, but he hated it and moved north to the People's Republic of NJ.
