OLD SCHOOL manager who sit in an office and does not coach okay also?
Sorry I forgot a couple of hip operations - don't kid yourself he has never coached IFC but still paid well regardless
All the above but still cost IFC well in excess of £30k a year - even you may bulk at that if you owned the club.
Finally - the current owner decides not to renew his contract and become a bad guy - just because he may get better value for money elsewhere! I agree the Coach/Manager should manage the team 100% - and choose who he signs or picks to play - but in this day and age that is all - negotiations for players and contracts is not part of his remit and should be left to the financial people at any club - I can only assume that is where KW and the current owner choose to differ.
