The target audience isn't the odd programme collector and groundhopper though, it's the regular IFC fans.
Most IFC fans like it and it works out cheaper for us to buy 1 mag per month than every individual programme.
It is also I would imagine much, much much easier and cheaper for the club to produce and has the benefits that Vespa mentions of being possible to sell outside of matchday around town and I've seen it in a couple of cafe's and waiting rooms up town which you wouldn't get with a traditional programme.
Clubs at this level shouldn't be forced to knock up a programme every week, it's daft as it is a royal pain in the arse. Especially as in reality only a few people are really bothered about them.
