i think the days of 21 coaches of fans going to scunthorpe are well gone at the minute, obviously the credit crunch hits people at the same time as the ups and down of being a football fan.
youve got to remember at the time of the scunthorpe game we were getting 800-1000 crowds regular at the NMG and then buses went from all over the place as well not just official coaches (which there was 8 wasnt there ?)
as for swindon thats always a "crowd" that makes me laugh, 1000 away fans singing we'll support you ever more - then at the following game (tuesday night away at moor green i think it was) there was 12 on a mini bus lol
no doubt the bodgers from the over brook will comment on number of coaches but lets not forget the free coaches that was put on for the eastwood fans for there "big day"
money talks, both for a club, a player and fans alike
