I do not know where you get your facts from about Pavis and Notts but you could not be further from the truth. Pavis did do some good things for the club but he also made good money out of the club.
The oil rich fellas did not pay Mr Pavis a penny, the Supporters Trust were main shareholders in the club and they actually "gifted the club" too the new owners, with the agreement that the several hundred thousand that the Trust would have gained from a Sale was actually re invested in the club.
Do not be under any illusion that Pavis made a fortune out of the deal because he was not involved in the deal.
