Nothing is 'taken' from anywhere - we speak to people separately and only publish when we have official facts, which is why nothing regarding Nigel Jemson leaving has appeared up to now.
Rod (who wrote that piece) is freelance and submits to the Derby Telegraph too, which is the other reason there is occasionally crossover.
