Sorry - this incoming may be top of your White Ball forum message in-box - but buried in mine. So I've cut and pasted and re-sent to put it at the top!

You must be right in some respects. On line you get to understand that Jemson needs to get a grip on his dug-out style - but you must be pleased with the last few results?
Mid-table? Still a challenge, but much more realistic now. This is a very achievable goal and what I would be telling the players.
Points in hand are always better than games in hand.... from my relegation experiences. Goal difference is the next good indicator.
Come on I'lson. Stabalise and push-on next season...
