Of my programme notes for next week
"Even at a tender age watching Brian Clough’s beloved Rams when we cast aside all and sundry, I dreamt of scoring the Cup Final winning goal and having the crowd sing my name Finally, last week I realised part of that dream at least as the Ilson fans gave chorus after chorus of “you can stick your DerbyBadger up your @~**”.
As a supporter there is nothing better than engaging in light hearted banter with the opposition and even better if you can wind them up without resulting in petty personal insults and threats. To hear the songs made my day and hopefully I will forever be public enemy No1 in Ilson. "
