The unlikelihood of it all was fascinating at first and then disregarded as something that would absolutely never be understood – all that matters is that they are friends, and they always will be. Solira, though, has captured his heart in many ways. He might actually have found himself bound to somewhere – General of Solira is not his position anymore. It’s his identity, in all of his Twisterblade splendor and tendency to spontaneously bust out MC Hammer dance moves. “How have you been?” he asks, still with that breathless smile. It’s a comically mundane question given the fact that he died, came back to life, and is now General again. But Alshain rarely sees things in the correct perspective. slv.
