The political situation was out of Lithium's hands, and so he didn't concern himself with it-- in truth, he was barely aware of it. The only thing he was aware of at this moment was the rain, the thunder, the sea, and his odd companion.
He chuckled at Trigger's request, nodding his head slightly. "Sure thing, I'll get right to that." And then he watched as the strange, pink horse wandered directly into the ocean.
Lithium pondered that exit in silence for a few moments, before futilely giving himself a shake to clear the water from his fur- futile, because what little he shook away was replaced with water from the sky within moments. A random urge compelled him to wander away and watch the storm from a rocky outpost, and perhaps ponder some future steals, and for as potentially-dangerous as that was, it's what he decided to do. So off he trotted down the shoreline, enjoying the primal show of nature's power that was this spring thunderstorm.
