Lithium was more appreciative of nature than usual.
That was saying something. The young stallion was always particularly taken with anything pretty or anything strange, and nature was very fond of throwing such things his way on a regular basis. Right now, however, he was probably a little bit more taken with the world around him than usual. Whether or not this had anything to do with some strange plants he had recently grazed on was anyone's guess, but the grass was definitely a lot greener then it usually was, and the dirt was browner, and the shapes were fantastic, and the smells were absolutely intoxicating..
So taken was he with wonder at the natural world, that for the past fifteen minutes, he had barely taken his nose from the ground. He was wandering around, barely aware of his environment, his nose an inch from the ground, completely focused on the world inches from his face. It seemed like luck that he didn't encounter anything in his path-- he'd alter his course at the last moment, and apparently not with any conscious thought.
Luck apparently failed him, however, when he stumbled on another of his kind. He neglected to pay attention to where he was going.. and therefore intersected with the other horse's fetlocks, much to his complete surprise.
That jerked him out of his grass-obsession. Lifting his head, wide eyed, he regarded Cat Sidhe with surprise. "Oh. Oh! Sorry about that. And hi!" Big grin, as if walking into other horse's fetlocks was completely normal for him. He'd never seen this stallion before, but that didn't seem that big of a concern to him right now-- especially not right now. "I'm lithium. You're not. Who are you?"
