The moonlight danced eerily over her white-licked pelt, the blue rays penetrating her flesh with a sickening comfort. Her black eyes reflected the darkness of the night, the eeriness of the approaching storm. The rocks were brazen with sharp oysters and molluscs, their pearly shells bracing them against the ravaging waves. She smirks, a cold, grin creeping across her maw as she trots forward, an agile bounce in her tread, before she arches her back, her yellow teeth protruding from her pink swathed lips, her hinds coiling beneath her in succession, before rocking back onto her hinds and dropping her weight forcefully onto the shelled organisms beneath her. The satisfying crunch of calcium carbonate beneath her hooves ricocheting a series of shivers down her spine. The crunching sounded so similar to bones.

Like a ghost, she writhed over the rocks, hollow eyes dark, nasals inhaling sharply. She could taste them, their sickly scents on the wind.

A hollow rasp was expelled from her lungs as she danced ever closer to the huge waves, their white spray engulfing her cream coat, pulling her, daring her to dance deeper into their depths. She skitted on the edges, the rocks slippery beneath her hooves, bucking, throwing her head sideways, as the waves loomed higher, louder! crashing over her hooves and drenching her pelt. She moved so gracefully, for one so dead, like an appiration looming from the sea. She snorted loudly, as the salty spray gaped through her nasals, piercing her eyes, beckoning. The same sickly smirk crossed her face, as she picked up a quicker gait, the waves splintering around her hooves as she embraced the cold water, raising her fores as it engulfed her stomach and hinds. Like a bedraggled creature she stood, hovering, in the middle of the fiery spray, the moon's full glow beaming down on her coat, perhaps setting the scene for an eerie enterance.

She laughed, oh how she laughed, as the waves grew larger.
