Birds, birds, birds.. I sighed, shifting my weight, irritation fading now into numbness. The bird was out of view, gone somewhere to live its happy little life. And here I was, talking to the crazy guy who had one standard eye and anything but a standard walk. Who was quite scary, intense, and coming to pick apart my brain.. and oh, yea, he thought i was this Skotoplatypus guy.
Too late to fix the problem, best to just keep smiling.
So, nonchalant, I kept my cool, pondered what he suggested for a bit, shifting my weight again (comfortably, mind you.. musing. I wouldn't allow myself to worry. Ill asked an interesting question, if you were into sacrifices).
"It would take much skill, much determination.. If this something was held dear by an entire nation, it might perhaps cripple the nation. Interesting Domino Effect. You would have to pick with care.." With amazing ease, I shifted again, settling a dark knowing eye on Ill, looking for his reaction.
"He would certainly appreciate it, if you chose the right something.."
