The waters of the ocean penetrated through the cracks of the earth, and Courage watched the world revolve around the steady backdrop of elements. Life was settling in at Solira, and its boundaries were qualified to only bring about the kind and gentle stroke of what would soon hope to be a relic or nothing at all. Courage prayed the hounds didn’t come back; they had almost killed her last time. And now, she was expecting a child of her own to protect. And already she would readily lay down her life for a child that she would never know. Her eyes wander across the lands, and she bumps into someone with her gaze. A smile on her face, she greets the newcomer, head dipping and offering the politeness that has made her famous. ”Pleasure to meet you, Arundelle, I’m Courage, a teacher here in Solira,” she said; it’s not a bubbly welcome like you just stepped into a sorority house. Instead it’s more like you’ve just been welcomed into a home. The smile on her face is glowing, just like the rest of her body. It’s an angelic glow as her water and fire elements seek to greet you with their tender touches. But she holds them back for now; they can get a bit overexcited at times. ”You look thirsty. Would you like a drink of water from the freshwater stream? It’s just down this path here.” Courage could tell she was a newcomer; helps to be able to read the minds. But she doesn’t really rely on it. Instead, she merely watches the newcomer with a smile, benevolent and warm as always.
