There was a great little pom and pop's grocery store on the corner of Rodman and King in Westhaven called Domar's. It was owned by Mr. & Mrs. Dorson. They were very nice people. I remember my mom could go there and buy a week's worth of groceries (which she could charge until the end of the week) for less than $40. She wouldn't buy steak if it was more than $1.00/lb.
